Step 3: Draw

Waiting for your list · 1 winner

This site does not log in to TikTok and does not fetch comments by itself: you copy the list and paste it. See how to copy the comments.

How do you pick a TikTok giveaway winner?

Copy the comments of the giveaway video, paste them in the box above and press Draw. The picker can keep one entry per account, require a tagged friend or a hashtag, leave your own account out and give you a code and a link that repeat the result.

Nothing you paste leaves your device, and there is no account to create. If you want the rules of the giveaway ready before you post, use the giveaway rules generator.

How to copy the comments of a TikTok video

This site does not read the comments for you. It takes about a minute to copy them.

  1. Step 1: Open the video in a computer browser

Go to tiktok.com on a computer and open the giveaway video, so the comments appear in a panel next to it.

  2. Step 2: Load every comment

Scroll the comment panel to the end until no more comments load. Open the replies only if replies also count as entries.

  3. Step 3: Select and copy

Click before the first comment, hold Shift and click after the last one, then copy (Ctrl+C on Windows, Cmd+C on Mac).

  4. Step 4: Paste and check

Paste in step 1 with “Copied comments” selected and open “Check how the list was read” to confirm each account sits next to its comment.

Not confirmed. How to copy comments: the steps on each platform page describe the screens in general terms. We could not test them with a signed-in account, and the apps change their menus often.

Example: 6 comments, tag 1 friend, 1 winner and 1 backup

A full draw written out. Paste the same list with the same seed on the verify page and you get the same names.

From the pasted comments to the result

Six comments were copied from the video.

The host account thelittleshop cannot win: 1 comment out.

ray did not tag anyone: 1 comment out.

kai_surf commented twice and each account enters once: the second comment is out.

Three accounts take part: bex.dances, kai_surf and juno.art. Each has 1 chance in 3.

Seed used: 5ca1ab1e5ca1ab1e5ca1ab1e5ca1ab1e

Winner: kai_surf · Backup: bex.dances · Code GT-26C1E-6A68B

Out of 6 comments, 3 entries went into the draw. The filters run in a fixed order: accounts that cannot win, the required word, the tagged friends, repeated lines and, last, extra entries of the same person.

The code GT-26C1E-6A68B ties together the list, the seed and the names drawn. If one comment is added or removed, or a name is swapped, the code no longer matches. That is what lets someone else check your result.

TikTok giveaway rules: what the platform asks for

Read on the platform’s own page. The link and the date are under each card.

TikTok Community Guidelines, Integrity and Authenticity

  • TikTok does not allow accounts that mislead or try to manipulate the platform, nor the trade of services that artificially boost engagement.
  • Spam, impersonation and fake reviews are listed as deceptive behaviours.
  • You can have more than one account, but not to deceive others or break the rules.
“we don’t allow accounts that mislead or try to manipulate our platform, or the trade of services that artificially boost engagement or trick the recommendation system.”

What it means for your giveaway

  • TikTok’s Community Guidelines do not allow misleading people or trading services that artificially boost engagement. Keep the giveaway real: a real prize, a real draw and the result published.
  • Entries from bulk or fake accounts are the main risk on TikTok. Say in the rules that they are disqualified, look at the winner’s profile before announcing and keep backups from the same draw.
  • If the giveaway runs through TikTok Shop in the United States, a separate policy applies: it must be free, items must be valued below $500, cash and gift cards are not allowed and the LIVE Giveaway feature must be used.

Not confirmed.TikTok: we did not find one official TikTok page with promotion rules for ordinary creator giveaways (outside TikTok Shop), like the ones Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X publish. The release and "not sponsored by TikTok" sentence in our template follows the other platforms and is a precaution, not a quoted TikTok requirement.

Not confirmed.TikTok Shop: the policy page failed to load in our browser on the day of the check; the text and its 09/28/2026 date were read through an automated fetch.

Frequently asked questions

Is this TikTok giveaway picker free?

Yes. It is free, with no sign-up and no limit on the number of comments you paste. The draw runs in your browser.

Do I have to log in with TikTok?

No. The site never asks for your password or for access to your account, and it does not read comments by itself. You copy the comments and paste them, and the draw runs in your browser.

Can it load the comments from a TikTok link?

No. The site does not fetch comments from TikTok. You copy them from the video on a computer and paste them here.

How do I show the result in a video?

Download the result image or record your screen with the winner card: it shows the winner, the number of entries and the verification code. Put the proof link in your bio or in a pinned comment.

How do I stop the same account from winning twice?

Turn on “One entry per person”. Each account is then in the draw only once and cannot be drawn again as a backup.

Can I leave my own account and my team out?

Yes. Write the accounts in “Accounts that cannot win”, separated by commas. Their comments are removed before the draw and counted in the summary.

Does TikTok have rules for giveaways?

TikTok’s Community Guidelines forbid deceptive behaviour and fake engagement, and TikTok Shop has its own Giveaway and Promotions Policy for sellers and creators in the United States. We did not find one official TikTok page with promotion rules for ordinary creator giveaways; that point is marked as not confirmed on this page.

What if the winner is a fake account?

Check the profile before announcing. If it breaks your rules, move to the first backup, which came out of the same draw and is covered by the same code.
